Community Staff

New England Aztec takes extreme pride in our community coaching staff. Our staff is hired based on their coaching history, experience working with children, outgoing personality, knowledge of the game, and their desire to improve as a coach.

Because of these standards our turnover is lower than other organizations. We want our staff to find a long-term home with New England Aztec. Staff works closely with the Community Partnership Director and the senior staff of New England Aztec to refine their coaching style, child interactions and overall knowledge. The senior staff has developed the curriculum and coaching guidelines that the community coaching staff utilizes.

If you are a coach interested in joining New England Aztec please contact Director, Brandon Nelson.
